The frictional switching element has a primary side portion and a secondary side portion that are coupled with one another, for actuating the switching element. An inner cone (3) of primary side portion is connected with an inner friction surface, and an outer cone (4) is connected with an outer friction surface. Inner friction surface and outer friction surface are brought into an operative connection with an associated friction surface of a cone slat (5) coupled to the secondary side portion.
