<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line interactive system for business capable of improving precision of a message to be displayed to a system user.SOLUTION: There is provided an on-line interactive system 10 including: a client terminal 12 including input means 12a and display means 12b; and a message management server 14 including display control means 16 of displaying a message by the display means 12b according to input information input to the input means 12a of the client terminal 12, message recording means 18 where the message corresponding to the input information is recorded, message display information recording means 20 in which message display information including the number of times of display of each message recorded in the message recording means 18 to the display means 12b is recorded, and message editing means 23 of editing the message recorded in the message recording means 18 on the basis of the message display information recorded in the message display information recording means 20.</p> |
