The present invention relates to a manufacturing machine of folded type non-woven fabric pad, a manufacturing method using the same, and a folded type non-woven fabric pad manufactured thereby. After non-woven fabric pad's fabric is entered into an inlet of a body of machine through a front guide section, the entered plate of non-woven fabric pad's fabric is fixed due to press by the rear operation member. Then, the front operation member moves forward to some fixed distance and then lowers to press a non-woven fabric pad's fabric and then moves back to have the pad exact height through folding the plate of non-woven fabric pad in certain length. Folded type non-woven fabric pad's length, thereby, becomes its thickness, so that it is able to be used for various ways because it looks fine externally and has good feeling of cushion. According to the present invention specification, since the folded type non-woven fabric pad's thickness is consists of repeatedly folded structure in certain length of non-woven fabric pad, non-woven fabric pad has good flexibility and elasticity so it is able to use as mattress or sitting mat. In addition, it doesn't need to make extra holes on the pad to improve its flexibility. |
