PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which obtains a filtered fluid with a small amount of bubbles, and to provide the assembly method of the filter device, a filtration method using the filter device, and a filtered fluid manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A filter device stores a hollow filter cartridge 2 in a shell 3 and includes: an outer lid 4; an inner lid 5 which contacts with the inner side of the outer lid 4 thereby forming a closed space S between itself and the outer lid 4; and a communication member 13 which is attached to the inner lid 5 and the filter cartridge 2 and causes an inner passage Rb of the filter cartridge 2 to communicate with the closed space S. The outer lid 4 is provided with a first vent 14 corresponding to an outer passage Ra of the filter cartridge 2 and a second vent 15 corresponding to the closed space S.
