The headrest (20) has a mounting system (26) for attaching headrest components together. A plug element is provided with a body, which defines a release channel that is configured to receive a tool. A flexible projection is formed at an edge of the body. A socket element is formed with a recess to secure the headrest components together. The headrest components are disengaged from the socket element by loosening the plug element. The plug element is provided with a head, where diameter of the head is less than that of the body. The socket element is welded to one of the headrest components. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle seat arrangement.
