摘要 <p>The present invention relates to medicine, biochemistry and bioorganic chemistry and represents an improved method for producing (printing) biochips with improved spot morphology, necessary for quantitative immunochemical and biochemical analyses. The technical result of the invention is that of enabling more uniform drying of drops of solution on a substrate while also protecting biological ligands from premature hydrolysis. In the method for printing biological ligands in the biochip manufacturing process according to the invention, which includes applying a solution of biological ligands to a substrate, a layer of a hydrophobic non-volatile liquid which is not miscible with the solvent of the biological ligands is pre-applied to the substrate. Said solvent must have a higher specific density than the liquid applied to the slide; the solution in question is applied using a non-contact method. The biological ligands are oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides and/or peptides and/or glycopeptides and/or biotin. The hydrophobic non-volatile liquid can be petroleum jelly, mineral oil or higher paraffin hydrocarbons or a combination thereof. The thickness of the layer of hydrophobic non-volatile liquid is preferably 50-200μm. The proposed method prevents microdrops of a solution of biomolecules from drying out during the printing process by means of the application of a layer of a hydrophobic non-volatile liquid (a mask) to the surface of the substrate.</p>
