<p>Provided are a molding device and molding method capable of limiting man-hours and cost while making high precision lens molding possible. Because the axes of the mobile mold (10) and the fixed mold (20) substantially coincide when the mold is closed and the mobile mold (10) is held with respect to a template (50) by springs (51) so as to be movable in the X-direction and the Y-direction, the sloped surfaces (15a) of the tapered section (15c) of protruding blocks (15) easily contact and fit into the sloped surfaces (25a) of the grooved section (25c) of recessed blocks (25), guiding the mobile mold (10) to the specified position with respect to the fixed mold (20). Thus, mold closure can be performed so that the centers of the transfer surfaces (12, 22) coincide with good precision.</p> |
