A non-elastic bonded nonwoven web (10): a. comprising a first non-elastic layer i. said first layer comprising first fibres 1. said first fibres comprising a first composition a. said first composition comprising i. a first polyolefin, ii. a second polyolefin, and iii. a softness enhancer additive, wherein said second polyolefin is a propylene copolymer and wherein said second polyolefin is a different polyolefin than said first polyolefin; and wherein the second polyolefin has lower flexural modulus than first polyolefin, b. at least a second layer i. said second layer comprising second fibres 1. said second fibres comprising a second composition a. said second composition comprising i. a third polyolefin, wherein the flexural modulus of second composition is higher than flexural modulus of first composition.
