<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle portable terminal holding device capable of reliably holding a mobile terminal in different thickness.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle mobile terminal holding device 20 for holding a mobile terminal on an instrument panel of a vehicle, includes: a case 40; a rotor 50 disposed on the case 40, capable of rotating around +Z side edge part 38 of the case 40 as a rotary shaft O; a spring 60 disposed between the rotor 50 and the case 40, so as to bias against the rotor 50.
