PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more certainly detect a communication partner and suppress influences on the communication which other devices perform by connecting to a specific network.SOLUTION: A response request message which requests a response with first communication through a first network having an access point and second radio communication through a second network not through the first network is transmitted from a first communication section 212 to a service provision device. When both of the first communication section 212 and a second communication section 213 receive the response message which is from the service provision device for providing a desired service, a content is transmitted by radio to the service provision device from the second communication section 213.
