The arrangement has an inlet through which pressure is fed and a return line through which pressure is diverted. A lowering brake valve device is arranged in the inlet in opening direction in which closing of a spring is performed. A control surface of a pilot or primary stage of directly or servo-controlled lowering brake valve device is acted upon by a dependent return control pressure when opening cross-section of brake valve device is reduced. A return control cable branches off from return line.
