The actuator (1) has an electric motor to transfer torque to a gear over a torque transfer device. Housing is provided with housing bin (2) to support the electric motor, torque transfer device and gear which are operationally connected together, even if housing bin is separated from housing lid (3). The electric motor is attached by an elastomeric vibration damping support structure. The electric motor is electrically connected through a vibration-decoupling electrical plug-in connector. The torque transfer device is formed by an intermediate gear. An independent claim is included for a method for producing the motor vehicle actuator.
