This chromate-free precoated metal sheet bears a coating film (α) on at least one surface of a metal sheet, said coating film (α) comprising an organic resin (A) as the film-forming component and a surface-inactivated flake-shaped aluminum pigment (C). The thickness of the coating film (α) is 2 to 10μm.
