摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that accurately measures a side part of a machined object in a short time.SOLUTION: A system and a methd for implementing a side part measurement of a machined object 150 fixed to an XY parallel movable carriage of a CNC machining device are configured to connect a laser scanning device 110 detecting a range to a lathe of the CNC machining device parallely movable along an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis. The machined object is surrounded by a reflector 130, and the reflector is connected to the XY parallel movable carriage 120, and is preferably parallel with the X-axis and Y-axis. The laser scanning device is firstly arranged at a predetermined coordinate, directs a laser output at one of the reflectors, measures a distance from the laser scanning device to the machined object, associates the distance with a position of the laser scanning device and determines a coordinate of the machined object. Then, a scan is incremented along one of the X-axis and the Y-axis, and the other coordinate of the machined object is determined. A periphery part of the machined object is similarly scanned, and thereby the side part measurement is implemented.</p>
