Disclosed is an initial cracker for cutting nonmetal substrates with a constant pre-determined speed and force to form an initial crack on nonmetal substrates. The initial cracker comprises: a wheel unit which forms the initial crack on the part of the nonmetal plates where cutting begins; a micro-sliding member which transfers the wheel unit with precision to contact the nonmetal substrates; and a macro-sliding unit wherein the micro-sliding member is installed, and the micro-sliding member is transferred to the side of the nonmetal substrates. The macro-sliding unit comprises a moving block in which the micro-sliding member is installed and a servo cylinder in which a loader is connected to the moving block to transfer the moving block with a pre-determined speed and force. |
