The feed guide has a feed roller (1) for feeding fibers which are compressed through a recess (2), where the compressed fibers are disintegrated to a following roller. A part of the feed guide, the feed roller, and a part of an introduction recess (6) of an opening roller (5) are rigidly connected with each other in an operating condition, where the opening roller co-operates with the feed roller. A flexible plate shaped element is attached between the part of the feed guide and the part of the recess, and consists of a spring steel sheet, and a plastic or fiber-reinforced plastic plate. |
