An apparatus for compensation of an output level of a relay and a compensation method thereof are disclosed. The apparatus for compensation of an output level of a relay comprises: a reference level comparing unit comparing an output level with a reference level; a maximum detecting unit detecting the maximum value among the output values from a time point when the output level exceeds the reference level to a time point when the output level becomes below the reference value if the output level is above the reference level; a minimum detecting unit detecting the minimum value among the output values from a time point when the output level is below the reference level to a time point when the output level exceeds the reference value; a threshold comparing unit comparing the difference between the maximum value detected by the maximum detecting unit and the minimum value detected by the minimum detecting unit with a threshold; and an output level compensating unit compensating a gain of the output level with the difference between a gain compensation level set to be smaller than a target level and the maximum value detected by the maximum detecting unit if the threshold comparing unit determines that the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is below the threshold. |
