PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and quickly take in the number of balls required for a game, and to prevent a fraudulent act which intends to falsely detect a game ball. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a take-in device 5 for taking in a prescribed number of game balls bet on one game by multiple lines based on a game operation. The take-in device 5 includes a plurality of entrance slots 51-91 into which the game balls flow, a solenoid 520 which performs a staying action for staying the game balls on the downstream side of a channel communicated corresponding to the plurality of the entrance slots 51-91 and a passage action for passing one game ball by the release of the staying action, and a staying detection sensor 511 for detecting the presence or absence of staying game balls by the solenoid 520 and a cam 521. By operating the solenoid 520 corresponding to the staying detection sensor 511 which has detected the presence of the game balls, the passing action is repeatedly performed until the total number of the passing action reaches a prescribed number of balls.
