The present invention relates to an ultrasonic waves horn module of a machine for ultrasonic machining which is equipment for performing a cutting process, a grinding process, a welding process, etc. using ultrasonic vibrations. The ultrasonic waves horn module comprises a rim part having the outer circumference surface with a fixed thickness for grinding a processing product; and an ultrasonic vibrator mounted on the inner circumference surface of the rim part to apply ultrasonic vibrations in the outer circumference direction of the rim part. The present invention provides the optimum structure for designing a large horn.
