The present invention relates to a process for the production of a stabilized polyolefin comprising
- an olefin homo- or copolymer (A); and
- an antioxidant (B) wherein
olefin homo- or copolymer (A) is produced in a process carried out in one or more reactors, and the antioxidant (B)
is fed during the process prior to and/or during a post-production step selected from depressurisation step, degassing step and catalyst deactivation step. The present invention furthermore relates to a polyolefin composition obtainable by the process according to the invention and the use thereof for the production of an article. The present invention is also directed to the use of an antioxidant (B) in a process for the production of a stabilized polyolefin comprising
- an olefin homo- or copolymer (A); and
- an antioxidant (B)
during the process prior to and/or during a post-production step selected from depressurisation step, degassing step and catalyst deactivation step. An article, preferably a pipe, made of the stabilized polyolefin and/or the polyolefin composition according to the invention is also the present invention. |
