Disclosed are a controlling system and a controlling method of a DC-DC converter, including a microcomputer deriving an input limit current value by dividing an input limit power value into an input voltage value; a conversion circuit scaling the input limit current value as a limit voltage value; a voltage control circuit deriving a control voltage value via a reference voltage value and an output voltage value, wherein the limit voltage value is the threshold; and a current control circuit generating a PWM control signal via the control voltage value.
