The present invention relates to an ultrasound procedure device having a water cooling structure and, more particularly, to an ultrasound procedure device adopting a water cooling structure to a probe body including a cartridge to raise the life span of a changeable cartridge generated by a change of ultrasound. To achieve the purpose, the ultrasound procedure device includes a cartridge including a transducer for changing a sound wave and a cartridge PCB; the probe body combined with the cartridge and including a main PCB; and a cooling means having a thermoelectric module combined with the inside of the probe body and a cooling chamber with a cooling water circulation unit to which the thermoelectric module is mounted and in which coolant flows. Therefore, the ultrasound procedure device can extend the life span of the cartridge compared to an existing axe type ultrasound procedure device and enable stable procedure with improved accessibility to a procedure part so that the output intensity, the number of times, and depth of ultrasound are easily controlled to improve procedure effects and excellently remove blemishes such as stains and freckles.
