The present invention relates to a steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs and, more specifically, to a steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs capable of producing red ginsengs of a high quality by pumping water stored in a water tank, heating and evaporating the water by a heat exchanger, diffusing radiation heat with a curved thermal diffusion plate when the heat is supplied to the inside of a steam tank to uniformly transmit heat to fresh ginsengs placed on wicker trays; and efficiently steaming the fresh ginsengs. The described characteristics of the present invention can be achieved by the steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs which includes inner wicker trays (20) of multiple rows; a steaming tank (10) with a water tank (30) on the lower side; a supply pipe (40) of which one end is connected to the water tank (30) and which supplies steam to the inside of the steaming tank (10) via a pump; jetting pipes (41) which are joined to the supplying pipe (40) in multiple rows and which jet steam via nozzles (41a); and a heat exchanger (50) which is connected to a central portion of the supplying pipe (40) and which includes a heating pipe (51) which is spirally wound and heated by a heater (52) and which evaporates the water. The steaming device for manufacturing red ginsengs can steam fresh ginsengs placed on the wicker trays (20). |
