The group of inventions relates to chemical/pharmaceutical industry and medicine and concerns production of biologically active substances, in particular, a protein/polypeptide complex, method for producing the same, and the claimed complex-based pharmcomposition. This complex is produced by consecutive treatment of fetal nerve and skin tissues of hoofed farm animals, using filtration, centrifugation, and anion-exchange chromatography with an eluent buffer having a defined ionic strength. This complex includes negatively charged faintly acid and neutral proteins and polypeptides with molecular weights ranging from 5 to 200 kDa, therewith at least 70% of the total protein amount having molecular weights ranging from 20 to 160 kDa. The complex is characterized with a set of specific bands at denaturing gel electrophoresis («SDS-Page») in 5% polyacrylamide gel. The complex makes antihypoxic, tissue-specific reparative and rejuvenating effect on skin tissue. It is used as an active ingredient in pharmaceutical compositions for producing therapeutic and cosmetic agents. The pharmcomposition includes the protein/polypeptide complex and excipients - preservatives, detergents, solubilizers etc. The pharmcomposition makes improved antihypoxic, tissue-specific reparative and rejuvenating effect on skin tissue. The pharmcomposition is used as a preparation intended to treat various skin diseases (vascular, autoimmune, traumatic, toxic) in aesthetic medicine, gerontology and beauty therapy. |
