The present invention provides a novel cylinder block device which has a finger squeezing prevention function and a buffer function. The cylinder block device of the invention comprises the following components: tubular cylinder block components (1, 31); levers (7, 40) which are supported by the cylinder block components, can axially move relatively to the cylinder block components and have ends projected from the end of the cylinder block components; and spring mechanisms (4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15; 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65) which are equipped in the cylinder block components. The spring force is applied when the lengths of the levers which are projected from the cylinder block components are more than a preset length, and the spring force is not applied to the levers when the preset length isnot obtained. |
