The present invention relates to a cable way hold device for a ship to arrange an electric cable way (referred to a cable way in the following) for holding multiple cables in a ceiling of a superstructure by improving a profile for a ceiling panel of the superstructure (cabin) of a ship and an installation method thereof. The cable way hold device for a ship comprises a hanger mounted on the ceiling inside the cabin of the ship; a profile held on the hanger to hold multiple cables; a frame bar for holding the ceiling panel; and a support member for coupling the profile to the frame bar. According to the cable way hold device for a ship and installation method thereof, damage to the cables can be prevented and the installation of the cables can be facilitated.
