The present invention relates to an ultrasonic diagnosis device. An ultrasonic diagnosis device according to the present invention comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a transmitter which supplies a signal to the ultrasonic transducer, a receiver which receives a signal from the ultrasonic transducer, and a spectrum center calculator which calculates the spectrum center of a reception signal based on the reception signal outputted from the receiver. The spectrum center calculator calculates a spectrum center based on the values of the samples of the reception signal and the values of some samples.
