The present invention relates to an integral air conditioning system for heating and cooling comprising: an air conditioner including a first compressor and a first indoor heat exchanger, and forming a first refrigeration cycle; a cooler including a second compressor and a second indoor heat exchanger, and forming a second refrigeration cycle; an outdoor heat exchanger including a first heat exchange part forming the first refrigeration cycle and a second heat exchange part forming the second refrigeration cycle; a blower fan provided to one side of the outdoor heat exchanger to blow outdoor air into the first heat exchange part and the second heat exchange part; a first refrigerant pipeline for connecting the second compressor and the second heat exchange part; a second refrigerant pipeline for connecting the second heat exchange part and the second indoor heat exchanger; and a bypass pipeline for connecting the first refrigerant pipeline and the second refrigerant pipeline. The integral air conditioning system for heating and cooling having the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner and the outdoor heat exchanger of the cooler composed into a single unit according to the present invention can maximize the cooling performance of the cooler not only when the air conditioner is operated in a cooling mode but also when the air conditioner is operated in a heating mode.
