A normally closed automotive clutch (1) with hydraulic drive and having: a pack of driven and driving plates (7, 8), which are mounted so as to rotate around a rotation axis (5); a pressure ring (13), which is mechanically coupled to the pack of plates (7, 8) and can axially slide so as to axially compress the pack of plates (7, 8); at least one elastic closing element (15), which presses the pressure ring (13); a hydraulic actuator (16) comprising an inner actuation chamber (17), which is suited to be filled with a fluid under pressure so as to generate an opening thrust, and a sliding piston (20), which is coupled to the inner actuation chamber (17) and is mechanically connected to the pressure ring (13); and a box (9), which is provided with a lateral lid (10) and houses the pack of plates (7, 8), the pressure ring (13), the elastic closing element (15), and the hydraulic actuator (16). |
