Provided is a stretchable substrate. The present invention includes a plate body which includes a pattern which is periodically formed on one side thereof. The pattern is composed of a ridge part with an arc cross section and a valley part which has a horizontal bottom surface between the adjacent ridge parts. The plate body is made of curable materials. The width of the ridge part is relatively wider than the width of the valley part.
