Provided is a light- or heat-curable liquid crystal sealant for use in a liquid crystal one-drop fill process, the liquid crystal sealant enabling increased resolution, faster response, lower-voltage driving, and longer service life of liquid crystal display elements due to having extremely low tendency to contaminate liquid crystal, and also having extremely good working efficiency due to having excellent storage stability. This liquid crystal sealant contains (A) a curable resin and (B) a thermosetting agent, wherein component (A) contains (a) a compound having one or more each of an acryloyl group and a methacryloyl group in each molecule thereof. |
