The present invention relates to a water sterilizer that significantly improves user convenience by allowing sterilized water to be repeatedly generated and stored by an amount desired by a user and easily used when necessary. The water sterilizer includes a main body; a water reservoir tank that is disposed in the main body, has a water level detection sensor disposed therein, and has tap water stored therein; an electrode portion that is disposed in the water reservoir tank through a lower portion of the water reservoir tank in the main body, and performs electrolysis on the tap water which is stored in the water reservoir tank with a pair of electrodes; a drainage hole that is disposed in a front surface of the main body to communicate with the water reservoir tank, has an opening/closing valve on a pipe conduit, and allows the sterilized water to be discharged; a water supply pipe that is connected to an inside upper portion of the water reservoir tank through the main body and the water reservoir tank outside the main body, has an automatic opening/closing valve on the pipe conduit, and is connected to a water pipe; and a control unit that is disposed in the main body, and controls operations of the automatic opening/closing valve and the electrode portion by using water level information which is input through the water level detection sensor. |
