The objective of the present invention is to provide a power transmission and distribution wire guide dedicated for high voltage, capable of easily maintaining an underground power in an assembled power line block, particularly, of preventing a power line from deviating from the guide, and of more simply performing the maintenance. In addition, when the underground wire is lifted by a lifting member mounted in the wire guide, the underground wire can be prevented from deviating from a mounting table adjacent to the lift member. In order accomplish the objective, according to the present invention, the wire guide includes a plate-type panel installed on a wall surface of the assembled power line block and having a pair of first guide holes and a single second guide hole; a pair of mounting tables installed on a front surface of the plate-type panel; a pair of lifting members provided on the front surface of the plate-type panel to maintain the same height as that of the mounting table; a rack vertically arranged at a lower end of one lifting member and provided at one side thereof with a gear part; a pinion engaged with the gear part of the rack to be rotated; and a cover operating unit for preventing the underground wires on the mounting tables from deviating from the mounting tables. |
