PURPOSE: A formulation for treating skin disorders and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent insect-bitten scar from being worse and to help wound healing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a formulation for treating skin disorders comprises the steps of: washing Japanese apricot and medicinal materials for treating skin disorders using flowing water, removing foreign materials, and naturally drying Japanese apricot and the medicinal materials (S1); mixing 1000-1500 g of Japanese apricot, 50-150 ml of vinegar, and 100-500 g of the medicinal materials (S2); closing a container containing Japanese apricot and the medicinal materials and fermenting the container at 1-5°C for one year or more (S3); and opening the container and filtering the fermented liquid to remove residues (S4).
