The present invention relates to a barrier bar and a passage blocking device including the same. The barrier bar in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a semitransparent resin barrier bar body including a hollow cross section and a slot by facing an inner wall of the cross section; a metal support spline which is inserted into the slot and applies rigidity by being extended in the longitudinal direction of the resin barrier bar body; and a light board which is installed in the resin barrier bar body and includes a light emitting element enabling the resin barrier bar body to emit the light in a partial permeation method and a partial scattering method.
