<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device and power management system for enabling a storage battery mounted on an electric propulsion vehicle to be effectively used as a power supply source for a consumer electric device.SOLUTION: A car navigation device 10 included in an electric vehicle 1 mounting a vehicle storage battery 2 transmits a present location of the electric vehicle 1 and a remaining power amount of the vehicle storage battery 2 to a power management server 30 when a user's house is input as a target location. The power management server 30 predicts arrival time of the electric vehicle 1. The possibility of being capable of using the vehicle storage battery 2 after the predicted time is high. Thereby, the vehicle storage battery 2 can be effectively used as a power supply source for a consumer electric device installed in the house.</p> |
