<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure type current breaker of a sealed battery in which shearing stress acting on a reverse plate can be reduced during action.SOLUTION: A pressure type current breaker 100 of a lithium ion secondary battery includes a rivet 140 being connected electrically with the positive electrode terminal of a battery case, a positive electrode collector plate arranged in the battery case, and a reverse plate 150 interposed between the rivet 140 and the positive electrode collector plate, in which the reverse plate 150 is deformed as the pressure in the battery case increases, thus interrupting the rivet 140 and the positive electrode collector plate electrically. Inner peripheral surface of the rivet 140 and the outer peripheral surface of the reverse plate 150 are bonded, and the upper surface of the reverse plate 150 is arranged so as not to come into contact with the rivet 140 normally and during action.</p> |
