<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air heater which determines the off-season and notifies it.SOLUTION: When an operation switch 13 has been in an OFF state for a predetermined period of time or more, room temperature is detected at predetermined time intervals and a storage unit 17 is made to store it. When the room temperature stored at the storage unit 17 becomes a predetermined period of time, average room temperature of the stored room temperature is calculated and it is compared with off-season determination temperature, and when the calculated average room temperature is higher than the off-season determination temperature, it is notified by a notification unit 15 that the off-season has come. Off-season can be accurately determined by determining the off-season by the fact that a hot air heater has not been in use for a certain period of time and that the average room temperature of a day at that time is higher than the off-season determination temperature. Thereby, it can be prevented to consume standby power as the power receptacle is kept plugged in by notifying to plug off the power receptacle.</p> |
