PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner device which guarantees that the discharge power of a storage battery does not suffer reverse power flow and can cause reverse power flow of the power generated by a solar cell, and a multi-power conditioner system provided with the device.SOLUTION: A power conditioner device 2 comprises power generation means 3, 5, a DC/AC inverter 6, and a control unit 7, and has a storage battery 4 connected to a branch power line L4 branching from a power line L1 connecting the power generation means 3, 5 and the DC/AC inverter 6. The branch power line L4 has interposed therein third switch means 10 alternately switching on and off under control of the control unit 7. The control unit 7 determines, on condition that charging of the storage battery 4 is completed, whether the sum power of generated power and discharged power exceeds the power consumption of a load R. When, after continuance of determination, the sum power exceeds the power consumption, the control unit 7 switches the third switch means 10 from an on state to an off state. |
