PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform color calibration of a printer.SOLUTION: A printer 1 includes: a head unit 40 that prints a plurality of patterns on a sheet S; a detector 50 that reads the plurality of patterns printed on the sheet S; and a controller 10 that moves the head unit 40 and the detector 50 with respect to the sheet S. The controller 10 determines a printing order on the basis of a characteristic value regarding the printing time and drying time of each pattern, and makes the head unit 40 print the plurality of patterns on the sheet S on the basis of the determined order. |
