PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical output device 31 which is capable of outputting a plurality of second-harmonic waves and of adjusting intensities of the plurality of second-harmonic waves.SOLUTION: The optical output device 31 includes a second-harmonic wave generation unit 14 for generating a plurality of second-harmonic waves and an output adjustment unit 21. The second-harmonic wave generation unit 14 includes a first wavelength conversion element 16, a first light splitting element 17, and a second wavelength conversion element 18. The output adjustment unit 21 includes a first polarization adjustment part 22 for adjusting polarization of a first second-harmonic wave 12, a second polarization adjustment part 23 for adjusting polarization of a second second-harmonic wave 13, and a first light splitting part 24. Two second-harmonic waves have planes of polarization adjusted and are multiplexed and are split by polarization, whereby the output intensities of two multiplexed second-harmonic waves can be adjusted. |
