<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security of a random number circuit that a game machine loads.SOLUTION: A game machine includes random number circuit monitoring means (for example, an update monitoring circuit 537) capable of monitoring occurrence of a fault in the frequency of a random number clock signal (for example, an external clock signal) for updating numerical data held by numerical value holding means (for example, a hard latch random number value register and a soft latch random number value register) of a 16-bit random number circuit 508b, and an update state of the numerical data held by the numerical value holding means. Random number circuit setting means performs setting regarding monitoring by the random number circuit monitoring means before timing when numerical data is extracted from the 16-bit random number circuit 508b.</p> |
