<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel device capable of easily detecting an optical signal and being integrated with other devices, and an analytical method using the channel device.SOLUTION: (1) A channel device has a channel 3 and at least three optical waveguides in a substrate 1, and respective first ends of the at least three optical waveguides are optically connected to one another at an irradiation part 7 which composes a part of the channel 3. (2) The channel device includes a first optical waveguide 4, a second optical waveguide 5 and a third optical waveguide 6. The first optical waveguide 4 and the third optical waveguide 6 are disposed in such positions that a propagating light propagated in the first optical waveguide 4 is reflected at the irradiation part 7 and the reflected light is led to the third optical waveguide 6, and the second optical waveguide 5 is disposed at a position to which the reflected light is not led.</p> |
