PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterile chamber for enclosing food equipment, which is capable of uniformly sterilizing inside the chamber while suppressing the amount of sterilization liquid to be used for sterilization treatment to a minimum.SOLUTION: A hydrophilic surface layer 14 is formed on an upper wall surface 31a, lateral wall surfaces 32a, and a bottom wall surface 33a that are sterilization object surfaces inside a chamber 130, so that the sterilization object surfaces can be uniformly sterilized while reducing a use amount of sterilization liquid. Further, the upper wall surface 31a and the bottom wall surface 33a each have a gable-shaped structure. By using the gabled shape, drying work is reduced and sterilization time is shortened. |
