PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission substrate capable of performing the positioning in the thickness direction of an optical waveguide in an easy and reliable manner regardless of the thickness of the optical waveguide.SOLUTION: An optical transmission substrate 1A includes: a substrate 5 which has an installation surface 50 on which a connector housing 4 is installed; an optical waveguide 3a which has at least one core part and a clad part disposed so as to enclose the core part, and whose whole shape is belt-like; a connector housing 4 disposed on the installation surface 50, into which a top end 31a of the optical waveguide 3a is inserted, and which has a groove-like lumen part 44 with an opening toward the installation surface 50 side; and a spacer 2a which is inserted between the installation surface 50 and the optical waveguide 3a in the lumen part 44, and which adjusts the position in the thickness direction of the optical waveguide 3a. |
