PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic coupling device having a high productivity in which a lead is not curved with a pressing force applied when a package part of a surge voltage absorption member is housed in a housing member.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coupling device includes a field core 6, exciting coil 12, diode 23, spacer 24 and insulation bushing 25. The diode 23 has a package part 41 and leads 27, 31. The leads 27, 31 are bent into such a shape as one in which a space is formed between the package part 41 and the exciting coil 12. The spacer 24 has a package support part 24a inserted into the space under a state in which it is present between the package part 41 and the exciting coil 12 and a lead holding part 24b into which the leads 27, 31 are inserted. |
