The present invention relates to medium composition with improved sensitivity and selectivity on Campylobacter and a manufacturing method thereof. The medium composition includes Colombia agar base of OXOID, activated charcoal, haemin, sodium pyruvate, cefoperazone, vancomycin cycloheximide, and potassium clavulanate.
