A system and a method for transferring content among devices using a touch command and an unusual touch are disclosed. A content device of the system for transferring content among devices comprises a touch information generating unit for outputting a control signal according to a touch type by recognizing touch of an object; a location information collecting unit for collecting location information of a portable device according to the control signal of the touch information generating unit; a coupling unit for coupling with the portable device based on the touch information and the location information of the object; and a content moving unit for moving content to the portable device based on the touch information and the location information of the object.
