<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house in which a family area and a public area can be easily separated from each other, integral feeling of family can be increased, and privacy of a living space and a dining space can be protected even when an indoor work space is used to receive a guest.SOLUTION: A dwelling house 1 includes: a main entrance 19, a garage 4 for parking an automobile, an indoor work space 20 provided adjacent to the garage 4 and having a gateway 21 allowing a person to directly come into and go out from the garage 4 in a lower floor; and a living space 5 and a dining space 31 in an upper floor. An upper part of the indoor work space 20 is opened up, an open ceiling space 24 is formed in the upper floor, and at least a part of a boundary between the living space 5/dining space 31 and the open ceiling space 24 is opened.</p> |
