PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can uniform: speeds of air flows flowing on respective shelves of a cultivation shelf; and quality of cultivated plants.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system which is a device disposed with a cultivation shelf 11 in a cultivation room comprises: a partition wall 18 which closes a circumference of the cultivation shelf 11 and partitions the cultivation room 10 into two spaces; and air compression means which sucks and compresses air in one space partitioned by the partition wall 18 and supplies the another space with the compressed air to generate pressure differential between the two spaces. The air conditioning system generates airflow flowing from one space to the another space through respective apertures 20 on the plurality of shelves of the cultivation shelf 11 by the pressure differential.
